Complex products, made simple to use.

I’m Nik, a product designer with 20 years of experience designing trading platforms and complex tools where bad UX costs real money. Previously at Tradu and FXCM.

I help teams turn dense, high-stakes products into clear, reliable experiences.

I focus on complex, high-stakes products where clarity, speed, and accuracy matter.

Not a fit for marketing sites, landing pages, or brand identity work.

Product UX for complex systems
Information architecture, flows, and interaction design that make dense systems clear and predictable.
End-to-end UI
Design systems, component libraries, and production-ready UI that scales across products and teams.
0 to 1 MVPs
Turning early ideas into clear, testable prototypes that validate direction or support fundraising.
Design audits
Direct, practical audits that identify friction, missed opportunities, and what’s costing you users.

I started designing trading interfaces in 2005, when most fintech tools were closer to spreadsheets than products.

Since then, I’ve shipped mobile trading apps used by retail traders in 100+ countries, web platforms for professional desks, and public-facing displays on the NYSE floor.

Based in Sarasota, Florida. I work async with teams worldwide and take on one major engagement at a time.
